How does an extra two weeks lead time sound?

Fox Tucson Theatre runs 150 events a year with a team of eight. By watching how early patrons buy, they increased ticket buying lead time by 37%. Which means they bought two more weeks of tweaking, improving, and boosting sales on average.

Here’s how we work together:

  • We start by learning how your venue runs, who your audience is, and what you want to get out of your data.

  • We give you a demo of the platform tailored to the problems you're actually facing.

  • We get you live and stay hands-on from day one, so the platform earns its place fast.

Having an AI analytics agent that helps teams move faster from data to insight, and understand audiences as groups of people rather than just transactions, has clear implications far beyond theatre.

That's the jump in average ticket buying lead time at Fox Tucson.

Patrons started buying earlier, and the team could see it while shows were still on sale. Two extra weeks of lead time is two extra weeks to shift budget toward a show that's lagging, or fix a campaign before it costs you seats. For a team of eight, that head start is the difference between reacting and planning.

The team stopped studying dashboards and picked a few actions they could repeat every week. A welcome email to every new ticket buyer. A personal thank-you to every new donor. Individual fundraising is up 30% year on year.

Then they went after lead time. By tracking how early patrons were buying, they could see which shows needed a push while there was still time to give it. Average lead time moved from 38 to 52 days.

"There are things only people can do, so we need tools that help us focus on those. I have a team of eight, I could easily have a team of 16. So we have to be smart about where we invest our time."
