You won't see any changes in your subscription price or contract terms, and our billing team may reach out if any minor changes need to be made due to our new company name.
Encore Pro is a powerful product, and the version we're launching now just begins to scratch the surface of its capabilities. We are committed to rolling our regular updates at no cost, but some upcoming tools may require an additional fee. We'll be sure to clearly communicate those as they arrive.
But you can expect all of the functionality of Activity Stream and crowdEngage, and more, for the same price you've been paying.
