As we continue expanding our North American footprint, we're hiring a Business Development Manager to join our US team. This is a fully remote role for someone who's passionate about live events, fluent in modern sales technology, and energized by the pace of a growing company.
What You'll Do
- Build genuine relationships with live entertainment professionals, learning their world, their challenges, and the moments where Encore Pro can make a real difference.
- Create high-quality conversations that surface organizational needs and qualify the right opportunities for our Account Executives.
- Own outbound campaigns using tools to personalize at scale without losing the human touch.
- Develop deep product and industry fluency in Encore Pro's offerings, the broader live entertainment tech landscape, and how we fit alongside other ecosystem players.
- Use modern tools to be efficient and effective, leveraging the latest AI and enablement for research, prospecting, message drafting, call prep, and follow-ups.
- Stay nimble as the landscape evolves with both the internal stack we equip you with and the broader ecosystem of tools available.
- Travel occasionally (~10%) to industry conferences, client events, and team gatherings. We believe in in-person moments that build lasting relationships.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a related field.
- Experience in (or strong passion for) theater, live entertainment, arts and culture, or sports and live events. Any direct exposure to the industry, whether through previous work, volunteering, or lived experience, is a meaningful plus.
- Comfort with modern revenue tooling: CRMs, sales engagement platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered sales assistants.
- A mix of art and science. You'll be expected to establish relationships with real people (the art) and you will also iterate on our systems by testing and learning what drives success and outcomes (the science), continuously raising the bar.
- Efficient and operating with organizational instinct. You have the ability to juggle many open threads, hit your targets, and keep your pipeline organized when activity ramps up.

Compensation
$60,000–$65,000 base salary with uncapped bonus + commission.
